3. Il comitato delle autorità europee di vigilanza bancaria assicura l'esistenza di orientamenti su sane politiche retributive in linea con i principi di cui all'allegato V, punto 22. Gli orientamenti tengono conto altresì dei principi alla base di sane politiche retributive enunciati nella Raccomandazione della Commissione, del 30 aprile 2009, sulle politiche retributive nel settore dei servizi finanziari.
3. The Committee of European Banking Supervisors shall ensure the existence of guidelines on sound remuneration policies which comply with the principles set out in point 22 of Annex V. The guidelines shall also take into account the principles on sound remuneration policies set out in the Commission Recommendation of 30 April 2009 on remuneration policies in the financial services sector.
